Our approach combines decades of in-system leadership experience with deep expertise in psychology and organizational strategy.

About Angie Mercier, M.Ed.

As a retired Superintendent of Education, Angie offers a profound understanding of the challenges and triumphs of leading in K-12. Her career has been defined by a service-oriented approach, focusing on mentorship, coaching, wellness, and helping individuals unlock their full potential. Angie’s executive leadership training at the Rotman School of Management and her passion for sustainable success are cornerstones of the supportive and inclusive environments she creates.

About Dana Liebermann, Ph.D.

Dana brings a unique, people-centric perspective rooted in her background in Psychology and former senior leader in 2 school boards. She is an expert in leadership development and organizational transformation, skilled at fostering collaborative and thriving environments.  As an experienced facilitator with Superintendent qualifications, Dana designs engaging learning experiences that empower leaders and drive meaningful, systemic improvement.
